- All our products are handmade with love and care. Once your order is placed, it will take 2-4 business days to process before it is shipped.
- Customized orders may take an additional 3-5 business days to craft, depending on the complexity of the request.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer multiple shipping options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days):
- Available across India.
- Shipping carrier: Amazon Easy Ship / Delhivery.
- Express Shipping (2-4 business days):
- Available for select pin codes.
- Extra charges may apply based on the destination.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹2,000.
- For orders below ₹2,000, a standard shipping fee of ₹100 will be applied.
- Express shipping charges vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for select regions across India.
- An additional COD fee of ₹50 will be added to your total order amount.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
- You can also track your order status on our website under the Order Tracking section using your order ID.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we only ship within India.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or remote locations that are out of our courier partners’ service areas.
7. Delivery Delays
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier delays.
- We will keep you informed of any significant delays and work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

- Address changes requested after the order is shipped may not be possible.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- In case of lost packages, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
